Description
Avery Eye Clinic wanted to make some visual enhancements to their website. Using Photoshop I created a mockup that proposed several design changes including the integration of a home page carousel, stock photos and visually engaging promotional graphics. The client was pleased with the design and tasked me to rebuild their website with the changes. I developed the website and integrated additional features including chat support, video testimonials, Ajax contact forms and downloadable patient forms. I created the patient forms in Adobe Acrobat which allowed the user to fill out their information electronically and email the forms back to the clinic.
